About Us 

Operating from our purpose built offices in Wakefield, Polygraphica Equipment Limited provide the printing, packaging and converting industries with a professional consultancy service, covering the supply of quality machinery and ancillary equipment.

Polygraphica has an experienced and dedicated team of professionals, all of whom have a minimum of 20 years knowledge  and understanding of the printing and packaging industry. 

Andrew Lapish - Managing Director

Andrew has 25 years experience of the printing and packaging industry.  Having joined Milthorp in the mid-1980’s Andrew worked in several overseas countries prior to being one of the original founders of Polygraphica back in 1993.

Andrew has specialist knowledge of Paperbag and Sack lines, Tissue Converting Equipment, Envelope and Label presses.

Mike Kennedy - Worldwide Sales Executive

Mike has been in the sale of printing and packaging machinery for over 30 years. Starting at John Shaw & Sons back in 1978, Mike has been a key member of the Polygraphica team since 2004.

Mike specialises in Slitters and Sheeters, Exercise book and Ruling lines, Flexographic and Gravure lines, Coaters & Laminators 

Mick Goodair - Technical Support Director

Employed originally as an engineer by Milthorp International in 1974, Mick has over 35 years knowledge and understanding of printing and packaging machinery. Mick was one of the founders of Polygraphica in 1993.

Mick oversees the running of our spare parts and consumables division, as well as providing valuable technical support and backup to our sales team.  

Darren Hartshorne - Financial Controller

Also employed originally at Milthorp Limited, Darren has over 20 years experience within the used machinery industry. In addition to his role as Financial Controller, Darren has acquired a great understanding of letters of credit and the logistics of machinery removals.

Along with Andrew and Mick, Darren has been at Polygraphica since its inception in 1993

Diane Brown - Sales Support Administrator

With a wealth of secretarial and administrative skills gained in several industries over the past 30 years, Diane joined Polygraphica over 10 years ago and provides valuable support and backup to all members of Polygraphica’s Sales Team.
