The Bielloni B-matic Centre Surface Rewinder

This slitter rewinder has been designed to cut and rewind high productivity the main flexible films used for packaging such polyethylene, polyprophylene, paper, laminated, coextruded etc. The unwinder consents to use mother reels up to mm 1000 diameter.

The cutting system can be by blades or by knives and counter knives. The machine can be simultaneously equipped with both systems.

Pneumatically driven and clutched winding shaft equipped with sphere system auto expansible rings to lock the cardboard cores.

This system knocks down the format change time and enables a higher production.
It allows to rewind different width reels on a same shaft.
For a perfect performance it is necessary to set an efficient speed and tension control in connection with the reel diameter.
