We actually offer 3 products to the market :

•Solventless Coating Units, series "JULIA PAPERLAM SL", with bridge, to up-grade any wet or dry laminator existing on the market

These machines are available in 800, 1000,1200 and 1400 mm width,
For papers from 115 g/M2 to board of up to 1 mm thick, in sizes from 52 X 74 cm. to 100 X 140 cm. The heavy-duty construction, an oversized pressure calender diameter guarantee a high quality result at any speed ( Max from 70 to 100 m/min ). In Solventless application, the machine includes the 5 cylinder coating unit of our SL lamination machines, with quick change of the sleeve mounted on automatic oscillating pneumatic shaft providing a precise and constant amount of adhesive from 0,5 to 5 g /m2. The machines include a sheet fed feeder with offset head, a feeder table with vacuum belts, an anti powder pre-calander, the soventless coating unit with a top bridge, the laminating calander, a sheet separator and the high pile delivery.
