The Bielloni Theorema FSC Gearless Flexographic Press

The new FSC model has been designed for achieving the shortest time for job changeovers.

Advantages are:

No screws for setting printing and anilox bearings. Positioning of the printing and/or anilox sections for sleeve change and repositioning after change are made by pneumatic actuators. This takes 3 seconds! Unlocking of the holding blocks from the operator and manual side shifting before and after the sleeve change which simplify and basically ameliorites the changing operation. Locking of the holding blocks against manual stops previously automatically exactly positioned by the computer which, being so compacted, improves the stability of the entire group and guarantees a constant print quality. The sleeve change system is the quickest currently available and represents the best solution for those customers which need short print runs and frequent job changes.
