Entry level lines for medium volume productions:

• 3 layers
• 1600 and 2100 mm width
• flexible application for stretch film and option for polypropylene film and embossed film for diaper.

Ideal solution for entry level production and flexible operation.
These cast lines includes major technical advantages of our bigger cast line such as good quality performance, first brand components, digital line control together with the flexibility to easily switch from different types of products: Stretch film, CPP, protective film, cling film.
These lines produce stretch film up to 900 kg/h, with a max. winding speed of 400 m/min, or CPP up to 650 kg/h.
These lines may be equipped with a shaft handling robot for fully automatic roll change.

HIGH OUTPUT CAST FILM LINES TYPE H

Increase your volume:

• 2000 and 3000 mm width
• stretch film high output
• 3,4,5 layers (option for 7)
• standard or jumbo size chill roll.

These lines are designed for a speed of up to 600 m/min. An ideal combination of hardware and software increases both production and productivity.
The special and unique high speed winder is the key to the success of the machines.
The 2000mm line grants a net output of stretch film up to 1200 kg/h in 3 layers and up to 1600 kg/h in 5 layers.
The 3000 mm line is designed for a net output of up to 1800 kg/h.
The automatic shaft handling robot is also designed for quick roll change over time.
Digital line control and in line trim reprocessing with forced feeder or side extruder.
